You are responsible for your CollabCasa account and for keeping your information accurate and secure.
You must not provide false information about your followers, engagement, audience, performance or identity.
Fake followers, artificial engagement or manipulated performance data are prohibited.
CollabCasa may connect creators with brands and campaign opportunities.
Each campaign may include specific requirements such as:
By accepting a campaign, you agree to follow its specific requirements.
Creators may receive unique links or promotional codes to track eligible purchases. Commission may be earned when a qualifying purchase is correctly attributed to your creator link or code. Commission will not apply to transactions that are:
CollabCasa may reverse commissions linked to invalid transactions.
Commissions may remain pending while orders are checked for returns, refunds, cancellations, payment issues or fraud. Validated earnings will be paid according to the payout method and schedule shown on CollabCasa.
Creators may be required to provide:
CollabCasa does not guarantee minimum earnings, sales or commissions.
Creators must clearly disclose paid, gifted, sponsored or affiliate relationships where required.
Appropriate disclosures may include:
Ad, Sponsored, Paid Partnership, Affiliate or another legally compliant disclosure.
Disclosures must be clear and easy for the audience to notice.
A valid UAE Advertiser Permit is mandatory for creators publishing advertising or promotional content in the UAE, where required under applicable UAE law and UAE Media Council regulations. Creators are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid advertiser permit, licence or other regulatory approval before participating in applicable CollabCasa campaigns.
This requirement may apply to sponsored content, gifted collaborations, affiliate promotions and promotional or discount codes.CollabCasa may request proof of a valid advertiser permit and may restrict or suspend campaign participation where the required permit is not provided.Creators are responsible for ensuring that all published content complies with applicable UAE advertising and media regulations.
Creator content must be truthful, lawful and not misleading.
Creators remain responsible for all content they publish.
Creators retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed.
By participating in a campaign, creators grant CollabCasa permission to display, repost and use campaign-related content for platform, campaign and promotional purposes.
Any additional paid advertising, long-term usage, exclusivity or extended content rights should be stated in the campaign-specific terms.
Logos, images, videos, product information and other materials provided by brands remain the property of their respective owners.
Creators may use these materials only for authorised campaign purposes.
Some campaigns may provide creators with free or discounted products.
Receiving a gifted product does not automatically mean the creator will receive additional payment unless stated in the campaign terms.
Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations relating to earnings, commissions or other compensation received through CollabCasa.
CollabCasa may request tax or regulatory information where required by law.
Creators participate as independent creators.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint venture relationship between the creator and CollabCasa, YallaBae or participating brands.
CollabCasa may suspend or terminate a creator account where there is:
Valid earnings already earned may still be paid after applicable validation checks.
Your use of CollabCasa is also governed by the CollabCasa Privacy Policy.
Creators must not collect, misuse or independently market to YallaBae customer information unless expressly authorised.
CollabCasa may update, change or temporarily suspend features.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous campaign availability, minimum sales or minimum creator earnings.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CollabCasa is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from participation in the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
Where required, material changes will be communicated to creators.
